Tantanmen Hozuki

Nestled in the back alleys of Nakano just a stop or two from Shinjuku is this little gem of a ramen restaurant.They have a wide variety of different styles of ramen and all of them are excellent.Some are soup based and others are more of a paste that coats the noodles.Top draw and I will definitely be back again.
